Three days. Every detail.

Nothing improvised.

Most wedding planners will manage your day beautifully.

I start much earlier than the day.

The work that determines whether a wedding is truly extraordinary happens in the months before — in the seasonal menu built around a specific June, not a generic summer. In the transportation plan restructured until no guest waits alone. In the contingency conversation that happens in February, not the week before the wedding. In the supplier briefed with enough precision that there is no room for misunderstanding on the day itself.

By the time your wedding begins, every decision has already been made. What remains is only the experience.

How I work

1

A typical engagement begins six to twelve months before the wedding date.

We start with a conversation — about your vision, your guests, the kind of memory you want to leave with everyone in that room.

From there, I take full responsibility for the structure of your celebration.

2

Venue selection and negotiation, approached with knowledge of how different spaces behave in different seasons and different lights. Vendor curation — caterers, florists, photographers, musicians, hair and makeup artists — chosen not only for their individual excellence but for their ability to work together with the precision a three-day celebration requires.

3

Menu construction is something I approach with particular care, drawing on years spent on the other side of the table. Seasonality is not a trend — it is a discipline. Every course must earn its place within a sequence designed for a long Italian evening, and I push back gently when the instinct is to add rather than refine.

4

Guest logistics — transportation from all arrival points, accommodation coordination for your entire group — receive the same attention as every other element. Because the experience begins the moment your guests leave their hotels, and I keep that in mind from the very first planning call.

I am present for all three days. Not as an observer — as the person responsible for everything in that room.
